Our Revision Policy
At Ewritingchamps, we aim to deliver content that meets your expectations and requirements.
We understand that revisions may be required, and we offer a structured revision process to ensure clarity,
fairness, and transparency.
Revision Process

Client Satisfaction:
After the initial delivery, clients may request revisions if the content does not align with the
original instructions or agreed scope of work. Clear and specific feedback must be provided to
facilitate effective revisions.

Revision Timeline:
Revision requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the delivery.
Requests received after this period may not be entertained.
Revision Charges & Refund Deductions
To maintain fairness for the work completed at each stage, the following deductions apply:

After First Delivery:
Upon delivery of the first submission, 30% of the total assignment cost shall be deemed
consumed and non-refundable. If a refund is requested at this stage, a maximum of
70% of the total amount may be considered for refund.

After First Revision:
Upon completion of the first revision, an additional 30% of the total assignment cost
shall be deemed consumed and non-refundable. If a refund is requested at this stage, a maximum of
40% of the total amount may be considered for refund.

After Second Revision:
Upon completion of the second revision, a further 30% of the total assignment cost
shall be deemed consumed. At this stage, 90% of the total amount stands consumed, and
any refund approved shall be limited to a maximum of 10% of the total fees paid.
These deductions account for research, writing, editing, revisions, and resource allocation already
completed for the assignment.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only in cases where:
- The Company explicitly denies further revisions or rework, or
- The assignment is formally reviewed and deemed rejected or failed as per internal policy.
Refunds are not applicable while revisions are ongoing or in progress.
